Pre-studies for different needs

Pre-study Intranet. This is a pre-study if you are considering the construction or upgrading of an intranet. The pre-study is tailored to your company's needs and contains technological specifications and requirement analyses through interviews, and more.

Pre-study e-Commerce. Are you and your company considering starting up sales over the web? How does the market seem? What is needed to succeed? Which solutions do you need to manage updates and administration easily? We assist you in answering such questions with our pre-study on e-commerce.

Pre-study external web site/portal. What are the needs internally? What does your most important customers think? With a tailored pre-study for the project you will gain more knowledge of the business and the target groups need of the portal/external web site.
The goal of the pre-study is to give you as a customer:
- A view of how the intranet/external web site works today, in relation to how your co-workers would like it to work and how the users experience it. In an optimal scenario the 'profile', 'image' and 'identity/performance' are coherent, but usually there are gaps in-between. The pre-study will point to any complementary equipment or actions needed to create an optimal scenario for you.
- More knowledge about the business’ demands on, and need of, an intranet. Alternatively more knowledge about the target groups' need of an external web site's/e-shop's content and function.
- Enough information to be able to make a decision on how the intranet/external web site should develop.
- A suggestion of vision, goal, development strategy and action plan, based on the management's aim and ambitions as well as the business’/target groups’ demand and need. A method that can be reused in subsequent evaluations and follow-ups.
